The Bach Stradivarius 180S-43 Trumpet in Bb is similar to the Bach 180S-37 Trumpet, except with the #43 taper on the bell. The 43 bell (faster taper than 37) yields a broader and brighter sound, and has more of an open blow than the 37. The #25 leadpipe allows for slight resistance this is effective in centering tone production. The silver plate finish provides a controlled brilliance to the overall sound.
