The Buffet Crampon Divine A Clarinet is the next step for clarinetists, offering some updates on previous Buffet ranges. Paul Meyer has worked on the research project for developing new acoustics in collaboration with internationally renowned clarinetists, resulting in the Divine range.
The Buffet Crampon Divine clarinets have the same hole placement as the Tosca model, allowing for better intonation in every register. The new keywork and spatulas of the Buffet Divine Clarinet enhance the ergonomics of the clarinet, without destabilising the musician's capabilities.
The Divine model features the Buffet Crampon RC bore, which offers flexible register-crossing and freer blowing during the most demanding pieces. It also comes with two barrels – 65mm (442hz) and 66mm (440hz) – which fit with both the Bb and the A model.
Made of grenadilla wood, the Buffet Crampon Divine A Clarinet has specific upper-joint Green Line tone-hole slots, which will eliminate air leaks on tone-holes most prone to crack. Instead of metal rings, the Buffet Crampon has carbon wire, meaning that the clarinet is 60 grams lighter and has an exceptional balance with greater vibration and freer blowing.
Complete with double pouchette case and case cover.
