The Carol Brass History
Kim Lee was a very early user of computer - assisted design in the manufacture of musical instruments using software first developed in 1984.
Here he is with the first Carol Brass trumpet prototype in 1990.
By 1992 he expanded the range to C trumpets. Nowadays Carol Brass is a major global manufacturer of brass instruments. Many trumpet and trombone players may well have played on a Carol Brass instrument without even knowing it!
